What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and manage a comprehensive onboarding program for new hires in the Application and Data Security Sales Teams
- Create and maintain role-specific training and enablement programs for various sales positions
- Collaborate with Sales Leadership and other departments to align onboarding content with company goals
- Establish metrics and reporting mechanisms to measure the effectiveness of the onboarding program
- Continuously gather feedback from new hires and stakeholders to enhance the onboarding experience
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 7-8 years of combined experience in a teaching role, learning and development, or sales enablement
- Background in sales enablement, program management, or learning and development, ideally from Software or SaaS technology
- Experience in building new enablement programs and processes
- Strong team mindset and ability to collaborate cross-functionally
- Familiarity with sales enablement tools and methodologies
