      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Create and implement sales enablement programs to enhance sales performance and strengthen overall sales capabilities
      - Track customer feedback and devise strategies to improve sales enablement programs
      - Collaborate with sales leadership teams to align training initiatives with sales goals and strategies
      - Facilitate workshops and role-playing exercises to enhance sales skills and techniques
      - Document onboarding processes and standardize them globally for consistency and scalability

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
      - 1-3 years of experience in sales enablement, sales operations, or a related role
      - Demonstrated success in developing and executing effective sales enablement programs
      - Experience designing, developing, and implementing training programs for sales staff
      - Proficiency with CRM systems and sales automation tools
