What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with various teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications and implementation details
- Support the pre-sales process and partner activation for HUB’s strategic partner framework
- Design and implement integrations with third-party systems to enhance business solutions
- Provide technical guidance on best practices and architectural designs for integrations
- Lead engagements to assess and improve strategic partner technical infrastructure and processes

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in web and server-side application development using languages such as Python, Java, Go, or C/C++
- Strong foundation in computer science principles including data structures, algorithms, and performance optimization
- Proven ability to collaborate with business and technical teams, effectively communicating complex issues
- Experience working in Agile Scrum teams with a solid understanding of SDLC and development/testing methodologies

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Insurance industry experience is a plus
- Familiarity with CX journey mapping and customer experience strategies
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a proactive approach
- Experience leading technical discovery and solutioning for strategic partner integrations
- Exceptional documentation skills to enhance technical clarity and knowledge-sharing
