      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Collaborate with field sales representatives to understand prospect requirements and challenges
      - Deliver compelling product demonstrations for new prospects and current customers
      - Provide technical guidance and solutions to address prospect and customer needs
      - Act as the technical adviser throughout the sales cycle, ensuring proper expectations for successful product implementations
      - Assist in technical documentation for RFP support and proposal generation

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Four (4) year college degree, or equivalent experience
      - Minimum of 3 years experience performing pre-sales support in the SaaS market
      - Minimum of 3 years K-12 market experience in a vendor support capacity
      - Track record of consistent top performance, meeting or exceeding expectations
      - Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to simplify complex technology
