      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and execute sales strategies to exceed yearly sales targets and goals
      - Identify and expand relationships at key accounts, providing ongoing support and customer satisfaction
      - Produce detailed call plans and reports in the CRM system
      - Understand customer application requirements and develop suitable solutions
      - Represent the employer at various industry trade shows as directed by management

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Industrial Distribution, or equivalent technical experience
      - Proven experience in technical sales or a related field
      - Strong ability to initiate and maintain customer and supplier relationships
      - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
      - Willingness to learn interconnect products and supporting applications

      - Excellent program management skills and understanding of technical aspects of products
