What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide ongoing support to customers by consulting on their needs and delivering the ultimate customer experience
- Manage customer requests and issues within a complex global matrix organization

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of five years' experience in sales management with engineering cutting tools experience and technical knowledge
- Degree or equivalent qualification in mechanical/manufacturing engineering or a related field
- Proven track record in delivering strong business results
- Experience managing customer relationships in accordance with commercial and technical terms
- Must possess a current driver's license valid for the state of primary residence

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Relevant experience from CAD/CAM and application knowledge
- Project management knowledge
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in English
