What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide ongoing support to customers by consulting on needs and implementing solutions
- Manage customer requests and business issues within a complex global matrix organization
- Develop local business plans to achieve market share increases and financial targets
- Deliver technical solutions and sales support to grow share of wallet within the territory
- Lead customer projects from initiation to completion while coordinating with internal stakeholders
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of five years of experience in sales management with engineering cutting tools experience
- Degree or equivalent qualification in mechanical/manufacturing engineering or related field
- Proven track record in delivering strong business results
- Strong execution capabilities and ability to collaborate effectively
- Must possess a current driver’s license valid for the state of primary residence

- Relevant experience in CAD/CAM and application knowledge
- Project management knowledge
- Skilled communicator, presenter, and negotiator in English
