      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage and cultivate relationships with specifying reps to meet growth and volume targets
      - Develop and implement sales plans that align with sales and margin objectives
      - Build connections with distributors, architects, engineers, and contractors to promote solutions
      - Actively participate in distributor sales planning and product training sessions
      - Oversee dealer/distributor engagement to ensure alignment with strategic growth goals

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 5 years in commercial HVAC sales or applications support, with experience in VRF systems
      - Proven communication skills, with the ability to deliver presentations and lead training
      - Strong customer-first approach with a focus on relationship development
      - Ability to travel up to 40% throughout the Central region

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
      - Experience in sales management and business development within commercial HVAC
      - Analytical mindset with the ability to prioritize competing demands
      - Familiarity with spec reps and manufacturer rep firms, with strong partnership skills
      - Technical knowledge of VRF and commercial HVAC applications
