      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Engage customers at multiple levels, from procurement to senior executives, fostering strong relationships
      - Develop strategies for area responsibilities and pursue partnerships to drive growth
      - Manage a robust opportunity pipeline accurately represented in Salesforce
      - Drive new customer development and business growth with existing customers
      - Collaborate with various internal teams to ensure best-in-class service and financial performance

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 5 years of experience in the plastics industry, preferably with Injection Molders, Blow Molders, and Profile extruders
      - Previous experience handling key or major accounts
      - Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or Chemistry
      - Demonstrated sales skills with year-over-year growth
      - Ability to travel up to 50%

      - Experience in managing complex accounts with multiple locations
      - Strong presentation skills
      - Proven account management and business development capabilities
