What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage and oversee the activities and relationships of select Regional Distribution partners selling Henkel Bonderite Technologies
- Develop distribution strategy and support key market programs across AMI Metals SBU
- Responsible for operational and daily needs for the distributor portfolio, including growth campaigns and digital analytics
- Develop relationships with all levels of the designated OEM account infrastructure
- Maximize volume and revenue by utilizing value-added selling methods and prospecting for new business

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree required, preferably in a technical or business field
- 5+ years of industrial sales experience required; surface treatment industry is preferred
- Strong understanding of managing sales projects from start to close
- Distribution and territory management knowledge
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Omnichannel understanding
- Ability to prepare and deliver presentations in front of customer groups
- Candidate preferred to be within distance of a major airport
- Willingness to travel 50% of the time, including overnight trips
