      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage and oversee the activities and relationships of select Regional Distribution partners selling the employer's technologies
      - Develop distribution strategies and support key market programs across relevant business units
      - Handle operational and daily needs for the distributor portfolio, including growth campaigns and digital analytics
      - Collaborate across various functions, including Sales Management, Marketing, and Customer Service
      - Prospect for new business and drive robust pipeline growth

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree required, preferably in a technical or business field
      - Minimum of 5 years of industrial sales experience; experience in the surface treatment industry preferred
      - Strong understanding of managing sales projects from start to close
      - Knowledge of distribution and territory management
      - Excellent written and verbal communication skills

      - Omnichannel understanding
      - Ability to prepare and deliver presentations to customer groups
      - Willingness to travel 50% of the time, including overnight trips
