What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Partner with Account Executives to communicate the Vantage value proposition and strategy to customers
- Qualify and close opportunities with customers and provide feedback to the product team
- Collaborate with customers to resolve any identified issues or concerns
- Maintain proactive communication with customers regarding product feedback and competitive insights
- Serve as a liaison to the engineering team for technical escalations
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years of industry experience and at least 3 years in a Sales/Solutions Engineering role for a SaaS business
- Hands-on experience building and deploying cloud infrastructure across major providers (AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud)
- Strong technical background with knowledge of various cloud services and vendors
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to engage with customers regularly, spending over 50% of time in customer interactions

- Experience with a variety of cloud vendors such as Datadog, MongoDB, Snowflake, and Kubernetes
- Demonstrated passion for early-stage, product-led sales
- Independent learner with the ability to quickly understand product details and customer needs
