      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and maintain a robust inquiry pipeline to support future quote and booking activity
      - Collaborate with application engineers to prepare and deliver accurate quotations to customers
      - Monitor outstanding quotes and implement necessary actions to achieve order bookings goals
      - Manage and support sales representatives to ensure they meet their sales objectives
      - Lead negotiation activities for major opportunities and ensure timely communication with project managers

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree or equivalent, preferably in Engineering or a related technical field
      - Minimum of 3 years of sales experience, preferably in Oil & Gas and Commercial & Industrial markets
      - Strong knowledge/experience with medium/high voltage electrical equipment
      - Proven track record of growing assigned sales territories year-over-year
      - Ability to travel 40-50% of the time and legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience working with channel partners, including manufacturer's representatives and contractors
      - Exceptional written and verbal communication and presentation skills
      - Ability to make cold calls and engage potential clients effectively
