What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Own relationships with assigned clients, ensuring their satisfaction and aiding them in achieving defined success criteria.
- Conduct deep technical discovery and build customer business success stories and case studies.
- Collaborate closely with Product and R&D teams to represent customer needs and ensure deliverables meet specifications.
- Perform first-level support and triage of client technical issues, creating detailed tickets that outline reported problems.
- Present complex concepts in an easy-to-understand manner, showcasing excellent presentation and creativity skills.
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience in networking and network security, host protection, identity management, or data leakage prevention.
- Proven work experience as a Sales Engineer for the last 6 years.
- Strong technical background with an understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies.
- Excellent time management, multi-tasking, and prioritization skills.
- BA/BS degree or equivalent, preferably with a numeracy base.
