      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) within the Practice group, focusing on Smart Safety and Logistics
      - Create and present comprehensive proposals based on client strategies and needs
      - Conduct machine risk assessments and provide technical guidance on execution of work
      - Develop and maintain relationships with key clients, ensuring tailored solutions are delivered
      - Collaborate with various teams to support sales activities and drive account strategies

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.Sc. Engineering/Electrical Engineering) or a related field, or Technology Diploma/Certification
      - Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in account management and sales functions
      - Strong knowledge of sales processes and engineering design principles related to machine safety
      - Experience in the Machine Safety facet of automation projects
      - Customer-centric mindset with strong mentorship and communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - TUV Rhineland or Nord certification
      - Knowledge in project management, strategic pricing, and business strategy development
      - Ability to motivate and mentor team members effectively
