What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Drive sales development of new and existing product lines through distribution channel partners
- Develop new customers and distributor channels to increase market coverage and penetration
- Conduct training and host new product introduction meetings with distribution and customer personnel
- Respond to customer inquiries, negotiate pricing, and follow up on orders and delivery
- Maintain the Sales & Marketing database program, updating customer contacts and opportunities
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Applied Sciences or equivalent experience
- Minimum of three years of experience working with metalworking products
- Fluency in English, with strong reading, writing, and speaking skills
- Proficiency in training and presentation skills for both large and small groups
- Valid driver's license for the state of primary residence and ability to travel as required
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in sales within the manufacturing or engineering tools industry
- Familiarity with solid carbide drills, high-performance taps, and indexable tooling
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and distributors
- Strong mathematical skills applicable to product applications and sales statistics
- Previous experience conducting training sessions or product demonstrations
