What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the primary technical resource for sales teams in the commercial sales organization
- Manage technology evaluation and act as the key technical advisor during the pre-sales process
- Design, price, and present complex services and network solutions tailored to customer needs
- Conduct product/process training for sales teams and prepare fiber optics cost estimates
- Create detailed Statement of Work (SOW) documents for customer contracts
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum 3 years of experience selling telecom products such as VoIP, SIP, and Managed Wi-Fi design
- Minimum 3 years of sales engineering experience required
- Minimum 3 years of sales consulting experience required
- Minimum 3 years of experience designing and selling fiber optic technology solutions
- Bachelor’s degree in telecommunications or IT field required
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Training experience in various formats (classroom-led, virtual, etc.)
- Experience with Visio, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Wi-Fi design software
- Industry certifications such as MEF/CECP and CCDA/CCNA
