      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage sales activities for low voltage variable frequency drives in the designated Alabama Territory
      - Act as a liaison to communicate the value proposition and quality focus of the employer to customers
      - Present and address product and commercial issues to all levels of the customer’s organization
      - Provide application and process knowledge on automation products and systems
      - Support and manage various sales channels and networks effectively

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering, or 4 to 10+ years of practical sales experience
      - Minimum of four years of field experience in sales of automation product lines
      - Strong professional sales abilities with a proven sales record
      - Understanding of the US factory automation market and familiarity with Yaskawa and competitor products
      - Proven record of supporting and managing sales channels including distributors and value-added resellers

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous experience with Yaskawa product lines or similar automation solutions
      - Established network within the greater New England area for sales opportunities
      - Expertise in situational selling and developing strong customer relationships
      - Knowledge of competitive strategies and market trends in automation
