      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead technical sales engagements, including discovery sessions, live demos, and presentations
      - Own and manage Proof of Value (PoV) engagements, ensuring clear success criteria and structured execution
      - Analyze customer architectures and design solutions using GridGain and Apache Ignite
      - Collaborate with partners and internal teams to facilitate technical training and enablement
      - Deliver technical presentations and represent the employer at industry conferences

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 5 years of experience in pre-sales, sales engineering, or solution consulting
      - Proven experience in managing PoV engagements from scoping to completion
      - Strong technical skills in Java, Kubernetes, SQL, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
      - Excellent communication and leadership skills, capable of engaging both technical and executive stakeholders
      - Ability to translate technical solutions into business value aligned with customer goals

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Hands-on experience with Apache Ignite or GridGain
      - Proven track record of successful project management in technical sales
      - Experience working with distributed computing environments
      - Familiarity with in-memory computing and data modeling solutions
      - Strong presentation and public speaking skills
