      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide ongoing support to customers by consulting to understand their needs and enhance customer experience
      - Manage customer requests and business issues while serving as a liaison between customers and company departments
      - Build strong customer relationships and secure commitments through understanding customer pain points
      - Deliver technical solutions and sales support to end-customers and distributors to grow market share
      - Lead customer projects while coordinating with internal stakeholders and ensuring high-quality performance

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Five or more years of experience in sales management with engineering cutting tools experience
      - Degree or equivalent qualification in mechanical/manufacturing engineering or a related field
      - Proven track record in delivering good business results
      - Strong execution capabilities with the ability to collaborate and gain commitment
      - Must possess a current driver's license valid for the state of primary residence

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Relevant experience from CAD/CAM and application knowledge
      - Project management knowledge
      - Skilled communicator, presenter, and negotiator in English, both verbally and in writing
