What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide ongoing support to the customer portfolio by consulting to understand their needs and enhance customer experience
- Manage customer requests and business issues, acting as a liaison between customers and internal departments
- Develop and execute local business plans to achieve financial targets and increase market share
- Deliver technical solutions and sales support to end-customers and distributors
- Lead customer projects from start to finish while coordinating with all internal stakeholders

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Five or more years of experience in sales management with a background in engineering cutting tools
- Degree or equivalent qualification in mechanical/manufacturing engineering or a related field
- Proven track record in delivering strong business results
- Strong execution capabilities and experience managing customer relationships
- Must possess a current driver's license valid for the state of primary residence; U.S. citizenship or eligible work permit required

- Relevant experience in CAD/CAM and application knowledge
- Project management knowledge
