      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Collaborate with distributors on key sales activities and establish performance expectations
      - Oversee merchandising and promotional execution in national and regional chain stores
      - Analyze distributor performance using VIP data and support accurate purchase order forecasting
      - Track key performance indicators related to distributor sales growth and in-store execution
      - Lead training programs for merchandisers to enhance selling capabilities and market readiness

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent in Business or Sales Marketing
      - 4+ years of experience in Regional Sales Management, Territory Sales, or Distributor Partner Management within the beverage industry
      - 2+ years of experience in the Detroit metro Michigan area beverage industry / CPG strongly preferred
      - Proficiency in VIP, Karma, Excel, and PowerPoint required
      - Must have a valid driver's license and a clean motor vehicle record (MVR)

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - 2+ years of experience displaying leadership skills
      - Strong capability in data analysis and reporting (IRI, and Nielsen)
      - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with strong presentation abilities
