      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Collaborate with distributors on key sales activities and local chain selling initiatives
      - Oversee merchandising and promotional execution in national and regional chain stores
      - Analyze distributor performance data and support accurate purchase order forecasting
      - Manage key performance indicators related to distributor sales growth and in-store execution
      - Lead training programs for merchandisers to enhance product placement and promotional execution

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent in Business or Sales Marketing
      - 4+ years of relevant Regional Sales Management, Territory Sales, or Distributor Partner Management experience
      - 2+ years of experience in the beverage industry or CPG preferred
      - Proficiency in VIP, Karma, Excel, and PowerPoint
      - Must have a valid driver's license and clean motor vehicle record

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - 2+ years of experience displaying leadership skills
      - Strong capability in data analysis and reporting (e.g., IRI, Nielsen)
      - Exceptional presentation skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences
