What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Enhance the employer's presence in the Commercial market by delivering innovative technology solutions
- Prepare professional proposals for key decision-makers that communicate the employer’s value proposition
- Negotiate contracts, initiate orders, and pursue new business opportunities
- Provide feedback to marketing and sales regarding business challenges and opportunities
- Manage and close a pipeline of opportunities using SalesForce
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Approximately 8-10 years of experience in direct sales, utilizing formal sales methodologies
- Knowledge of the Agribusiness and emerging technology marketplace with experience in complex solution environments
- Proven track record of building strong, trust-based relationships
- Strong customer understanding and analytical skills for fact-based decision-making
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as required

- Experience in the Agribusiness market, particularly with technology solutions
- Ability to effectively communicate financially sound solutions to customers
- Demonstrated skills in negotiating mutually satisfactory resolutions
