      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Analyze market opportunities within existing and prospective customer accounts
      - Build relationships and credibility with key stakeholders through consultative selling
      - Present and demonstrate the value proposition and ROI of assigned solutions to customers and prospects
      - Collaborate with sales executives and account managers to create and execute sales strategies
      - Create and execute an annual business plan to achieve sales quotas and goals

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree or higher required; Clinical experience or Nursing Degree (BSN level or higher) strongly preferred
      - 1-2 years of consultative selling experience in healthcare sales, preferably in PaaS/SaaS environments
      - Deep knowledge of the healthcare marketplace, buying cycles, and budget limitations
      - Excellent communication skills and ability to develop relationships with C-Suite and VP level stakeholders
      - Ability to travel upon request as appropriate

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience as Dean of Nursing or Associate Dean of Nursing
      - Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce
      - Proficient in data analytics using Excel and PowerPoint
      - Positive attitude and team player with consultative sales style
      - Ability to manage long sales cycles and accurately forecast sales
