What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Achieve annual sales targets for the joint portfolio of employer and Damin products
- Manage and cultivate customer relationships to build strong business partnerships
- Reach out to new customers to understand their business needs and explore potential opportunities
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Damin's product offerings and industry trends
- Develop and oversee a yearly sales plan with clear objectives for the assigned customer base
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in business, Food Science, or related fields
- 3-8 years of professional selling experience in the Food & Beverage retail or food services sector
- Proven track record of exceeding sales objectives and quotas
- Strong presentation, communication, organization, and time management skills
- Proficient Microsoft Office skills; experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in the beverage retail and B2B manufacturing sectors
- Ability to professionally interact with all levels of an organization
- Previous experience with negotiating pricing and contracts
- Familiarity with market data analysis to provide customer insights
- Willingness to travel approximately 40% - 50% annually
