      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Generate new business through prospecting and selling to new and existing clients
      - Identify, qualify, and contact prospective clients to understand their interests and needs
      - Promote and sell new or enhanced products and services to existing clients
      - Develop and oversee execution of annual strategic plans with clients' managers
      - Support day-to-day service for clients' administrative staff and ensure service expectations are met

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 3 years of successful consultative sales experience in group benefits, preferably with a major consulting/brokerage firm or insurance carrier
      - Strong understanding of the California managed care market
      - Excellent communication skills with the ability to build credibility and trust with customers
      - Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
      - Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize effectively

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Knowledge of group underwriting or provider contracting principles
      - Analytical and creative thinking skills
      - Strong work ethic and ability to form solid relationships with prospects and clients
