What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop new business opportunities through cold calling, prospecting, and closing sales
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective agencies and brokerages
- Increase unit count, premium, and interest margin by adding new insurance agents
- Conduct needs analyses for prospects and clients using the IPFS Sales process and Salesforce
- Communicate effectively about IPFS technology and service offerings to drive relationship development
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum 2-3 years of outside sales experience in the financial services or insurance field
- High degree of self-motivation and a driven self-starter
- Excellent communication, presentation, and closing skills
- Ability to earn trust with diverse personality types
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft products
