      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage and develop a mid to moderately complex group of agency assignments
      - Optimize growth potential of independent agents while prospecting and appointing new agencies
      - Collaborate with team members on product, pricing, and agency management decisions
      - Complete strategic marketing plans to identify opportunities and develop strategies
      - Provide training and support for agents on Travelers' systems and products

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of three years of professional and influential work experience
      - Advanced communication skills, both verbal and written
      - Intermediate knowledge of Agency Diagnostics and ability to assess agency operations
      - Advanced relationship management skills with internal and external customers
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Five years of sales experience or insurance industry experience
      - Bachelor's Degree
      - Advanced ability to influence agents to quote and sell Travelers products
      - Demonstrated problem-solving skills and ability to exercise decisive judgment
      - Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with diverse teams
