      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Drive annual new business growth of at least $700K through both inbound and outbound sales efforts
      - Utilize consultative selling techniques to identify and propose tailored solutions for customer challenges
      - Establish and nurture relationships with decision-makers across various mid-market sectors
      - Manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach to negotiations and closing
      - Keep the CRM updated with customer information for strategic planning

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 6 years of sales experience, preferably in delivering B2B SaaS solutions to mid-sized businesses
      - Proven ability to manage sales cycles and develop tailored solutions that exceed sales targets
      - Experience generating 50%+ of a sales pipeline through outbound strategic sales methodologies
      - Strong analytical skills for leveraging data to optimize sales performance
      - Proficiency in CRM tools such as Salesforce, ChurnZero, and Gong
