What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Schedule, prepare, and execute detailed presentations and product demonstrations
- Build and deliver proposals, negotiate, and close new business opportunities
- Collaborate with and manage a Business Development Representative
- Immerse yourself in industry news and insights to become the subject matter expert
- Document activity and manage prospect lists in CRM
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in any field and 2 years of relevant sales experience, or
- Associates Degree in any field and 4 years of relevant sales experience, or
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent and 6 years of relevant sales experience
- Proven experience in closing sales and achieving overall sales goals
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office and CRM software

- Strong network of contacts within multi-family residential construction
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with diverse personalities
