What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Proactively identify and engage with potential customers through targeted outreach and calls
- Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline by qualifying leads and advancing them through the sales cycle
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at prospective customer organizations
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas while effectively overcoming objections
- Attend sales demonstrations, trade shows, and other events to promote the employer's software solutions
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field is preferred
- 3-5+ years of sales experience, preferably in the software or technology fields
- Must reside in the assigned territory or be willing to relocate within 6 months of employment
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to travel within the assigned territory for relationship building and sales opportunities
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Demonstrated successful track record in working with sales organizations to achieve and exceed sales goals
- Excellent computer skills and knowledge of CRM tools, particularly NetSuite
- Problem-solving skills, critical thinking skills, and presentation skills
- Ability to manage time-sensitive deadlines and multi-task in stressful situations
- Skills in coordinating and managing internal resources effectively
