      Job Description

      We are looking for a Sales Incentive Analyst, Anaplan to provide senior level analysis to various responsibilities administering the Americas sales incentive plan. You will address issue resolution in a timely manner to the satisfaction of the sales employee impacted.

      What You Will Be Doing:

      • Monthly maintenance and execution of Field Sales performance systems to be used in the calculation of the monthly incentive compensation.
      • Process and analyze account assignments by employee monthly in Anaplan.
      • Maintain employee changes in Anaplan.
      • Review and maintain sales incentive goals.
      • Analyze monthly performance of sales employees for completeness and accuracy.
      • Resolve data issues in a timely manner.
      • Create efficient processes to support Field Sales compensation utilizing new functionality and tools as they new functionality and tools as they become available.
      • Address formal issue resolution tickets in a timely manner, reporting and meeting SLA targets.
      • Identify areas for Incentive team process improvement and lead/participate in teams creating new procedures.
      • Create training material and delivery of training material on new processes.
      • Leading ad-hoc analysis/tasks as required.
      • Working independently, accurately, multi-tasking, organized, professional manner of communication, ability to work on a focused, high demanding team at an aggressive, continuous pace.

      Basic Qualifications:

      • Bachelors Degree
      • Legal authorization to work in either the US or Canada is required . We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening.

      Preferred Qualifications:

      • 2+ years of relevant work experience
      • Ability to exercise judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action
      • outstanding organizational, writing and editing skills
      • solid organizational and project management skills
      • excellent interpersonal skills
      • ability to work with senior management, manage ambiguity and work under tight deadlines in a demanding atmosphere.
