      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Assist and support the Sales Enablement Academy Director in establishing and managing key elements of the program
      - Design and develop curricula for consultative selling and Channel courses
      - Manage Learning and Development programs and projects, ensuring quality and effectiveness
      - Collaborate with a team of Content Developers and Instructional Designers
      - Build and maintain productive relationships with Senior Management and Learning and Development leaders

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in education
      - 10 years of experience in Instructional Design, including task analysis and course development
      - 5-6 years of experience in building consultative selling and Channel courses
      - 5 years of experience managing Learning and Development programs and teams
      - Ability to travel internationally 10-20% of the time

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Proven ability to build credibility with Senior Management stakeholders
      - Experience working in a sales-driven environment
      - Exceptional communication skills
      - Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS)
      - Advanced degree in Instructional Design
