      Position Summary:

      Cadwell is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Intern to join our team for the summer. This internship is designed for a recent or soon-to-be college graduate who is eager to gain hands-on experience in medical sales. The Sales Intern will work closely with our sales team, learning the fundamentals of inside sales, customer engagement, and the medical device industry. This is a great opportunity to develop essential sales skills while contributing to real business growth.

      Key Duties / Responsibilities:
      • Assist the inside and outside sales team in identifying and engaging potential customers
      • Conduct market research to support sales initiatives and strategic outreach
      • Generate and qualify leads through outbound calls, emails, and online research
      • Support sales representatives in preparing quotes, processing orders, and tracking customer interactions
      • Learn about Cadwell's products and services, gaining an understanding of how they benefit clinicians and healthcare providers
      • Collaborate with multiple departments, including marketing and customer service, to ensure seamless customer experiences
      • Participate in team meetings, sales training, and mentorship opportunities
      • Perform other duties as assigned to support the sales team

      Education / Experience:
      • Recent Bachelor's degree or related work experience.

      Job Knowledge / Requirements:
      • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written)
      • Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn
      • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
      • Proficiency in MS Office, Google applications, and CRM tools (experience with Salesforce is a plus)
      • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-through
      • Interest in medical sales and the healthcare industry

      Physical Requirements / Working Conditions:
      • Remote position with extensive use of computer and telephone
      • Must be able to work assigned shifts within department hours (9am - 5pm EST)
      • Overtime may be required to meet business needs
