What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and market opportunities within the agricultural sector
- Proactively engage with potential clients through networking, trade shows, and strategic outreach
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, understanding their needs and positioning the company's products effectively
- Collaborate with the commercial team to develop and execute sales strategies aligned with the company's goals
- Negotiate contracts with clients, ensuring terms are mutually beneficial and aligned with company standards
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3-4 years of proven sales experience, ideally in the agricultural or sustainable farming industry
- Strong understanding of the agricultural sector, including bio-stimulants and crop protection products
- Established network within the agriculture industry is an advantage
- Results-driven, with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
