What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Execute project plans to support the sales integration strategy for M&A
- Provide guidance and coaching to Commercial Leaders and local management teams

- Implement and track a comprehensive training program for sales associates
- Analyze customer accounts and performance metrics to drive successful integrations

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Sales, Merchandising, or Supply Chain roles
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, including presentation delivery
- Ability to influence leadership and stakeholders effectively
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
