      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Research, screen, and validate sales leads to support the Sales Team
      - Utilize outreach resources to develop a pipeline of quality sales leads
      - Contact target leads to assess needs, gather information, and gauge sales opportunities
      - Update and maintain Client Relationship Management (CRM) systems for organized and accurate data
      - Document customer conversations and feedback to support the sales process

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma; Bachelor’s Degree preferred
      - 1-2 years of telemarketing and/or inside sales experience
      - Proven track record of strong client relationships
      - Excellent written and verbal communication skills
      - Experience with CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Familiarity with MS Word/Excel and email platforms like Gmail
      - Highly organized with strong attention to detail
      - Ability to multi-task and manage projects for multiple team members
      - Positive outlook with strong professional etiquette
