What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and maintain relationships with brokers serving clients with 1,000 to 25,000 employees
- Sell comprehensive benefits communication solutions to brokers and their self-insured clients
- Manage the sales process from prospect generation to negotiation and contracting
- Maintain accurate account and opportunity status in Salesforce for forecasting purposes
- Collaborate effectively with various teams within the organization including Account Management and Marketing

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or 8 years of equivalent work experience
- 5+ years of experience in employee benefit or voluntary benefits sales with proven results
- Strong relationships with brokers in the geographic area
- Proven ability to navigate the sales process effectively
- Willingness to travel 50-75% within the assigned territory

- Established relationships with brokers already in place
- Experience selling employee benefits solutions
- Understanding of the voluntary benefits commission offset model
