      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Recruit, coach, and manage a team of commissioned Sales Consultants, ensuring they are trained on sales processes and product offerings
      - Analyze and prioritize business metrics to drive sales team performance toward achieving targets
      - Respond to escalated customer inquiries and concerns to maintain high customer service standards
      - Drive lead generation by building relationships with store partners and training associates on product offerings
      - Monitor and maintain store connectivity to enhance sales opportunities and customer satisfaction

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 3 years of work experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
      - Must be 18 years of age or older
      - Must be legally permitted to work in the United States
      - Minimum educational requirement: High school diploma or GED
      - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
