      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Identify, target, and develop new business opportunities within the defense and aerospace markets
      - Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to inform business development strategies
      - Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including defense contractors and government agencies
      - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer requirements are met and aligned with market demands
      - Achieve or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets by driving new revenue streams

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - US Citizenship is required
      - Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
      - 5+ years of experience in business development, program management, or technical program leadership for aerospace and/or defense products
      - Strong personal networking skills with exposure to executive levels in Aerospace and Defense companies
      - Proven track record of identifying, pursuing, and closing new business opportunities

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Military service is appreciated, and veterans are encouraged to apply
      - Active security clearance preferred
      - Experience with government acquisition processes
