What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

- Strong understanding of digital and automation technologies, including IoT, AI, machine learning, and process control systems
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in the pulp and paper industry is highly desirable
- Advanced degrees or relevant certifications in related fields
