What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead a team of Investment Advisor Representatives (IARs) in providing fiduciary recommendations to participants
- Build and influence strategic partnerships with plan sponsors, consultants, and sales teams
- Manage daily team responsibilities with an emphasis on maintaining a strong culture and outcomes-based mentality
- Utilize data analysis to inform business decisions and prioritize initiatives
- Mentor and motivate internal partners to achieve department and company objectives
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 8+ years of experience in a sales or service team marketing financial products and services
- Required FINRA Series 7, Series 63, and Series 24 registrations upon employment
- Ability to obtain FINRA Series 65 or 66 licenses within 90 days of employment
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC) or Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation is encouraged
- Experience using data analysis to drive results and financial planning competence
