      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Actively engage with potential clients, nurturing long-term relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
      - Present advanced features and benefits of security solutions through impactful presentations
      - Evaluate client security needs and design custom surveillance solutions with support from an in-house technical team
      - Identify new sales opportunities and expand the company's footprint in the Las Vegas area
      - Negotiate contracts, close deals, and provide ongoing technical support post-sale

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is a plus
      - 5+ years of technical sales experience, preferably in the security or surveillance industry
      - Familiarity with the Las Vegas market and local clientele
      - Strong understanding of video surveillance systems, IP networking, and video analytics
      - Must comply with Nevada-required sales licensing or related industry certifications

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Network+, Security+, or vendor-specific certifications (e.g., Pelco, Axis, Unity)
      - Demonstrated success in relationship-building and contract negotiation
      - Knowledge of federal and state surveillance laws
      - Experience with CRM software and proficiency in MS Office
      - Valid driver's license with the ability to travel locally for client meetings
