What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Achieve new business sales goals through effective management of a team of Account Executives
- Conduct regular team meetings and training sessions to enhance performance
- Join team members on sales calls and assist in sales meetings as needed
- Diagnose performance gaps and implement targeted coaching plans
- Analyze data and trends to forecast team results and make informed business recommendations
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years of strong performance in a revenue-responsible role
- Experience managing the entire sales process from prospecting to closure
- Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills
- High emotional intelligence, discretion, and professionalism
- Strong time-management, organization, and multitasking skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Some management or leadership experience
- Bachelor's degree preferred
