      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Independently represent the employer in a designated regional territory to establish and develop customer relationships
      - Develop strategic plans to achieve target revenue goals through key products and solutions
      - Qualify and develop new business opportunities while supporting existing customer accounts
      - Manage customer accounts through follow-up on product performance and competitive advantages
      - Generate, track, and follow up on proposed solutions or opportunities

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 5-8 years of successful territory sales experience in a consultative-based sales role within a manufacturing or industrial environment
      - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent relevant experience
      - Strong technical aptitude or experience in product applications
      - Proven skills in prospecting, qualifying, developing, and closing new business
      - Proficient in technology use, including Excel, Word, Microsoft Office, and CRM software

      - Previous experience in a consultative sales role within the manufacturing sector
      - Established network of contacts within the industry
