      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Oversee a team of Enterprise Account Executives and BDRs, providing guidance and support to achieve team objectives
      - Coordinate customer-facing activities, including discovery calls, demos, and proposals, ensuring alignment with client needs
      - Conduct extensive research on non-bank financial institutions (NBFIs) and lead the sales process with industry insights
      - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure optimal product execution and an exceptional customer experience
      - Mentor team members to improve performance and encourage professional development

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 5 - 7+ years of experience in sales, with at least 3+ years in a managerial or leadership role, preferably in SaaS or enterprise sales
      - Proven ability to lead and inspire a team to exceed sales targets
      - Exceptional organizational and process-improvement skills
      - Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively across departments
      - Unquestionable integrity with a client-first mindset

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in managing teams within the FinTech or construction industries
      - Familiarity with CRM tools and sales data analysis
      - Strong listening skills and the ability to provide actionable feedback
      - Experience attending and representing companies at industry events
