      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage overall agency relationships and drive new business sales growth for Personal, Commercial, and Life insurance with independent agents
      - Direct marketing activities to achieve profitability and production objectives in the assigned territory
      - Provide technical and field underwriting expertise to the agency force
      - Monitor agent performance metrics and develop corrective actions as necessary
      - Conduct periodic performance reviews and educational meetings for the agency force

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in Business or Insurance-related field or equivalent experience
      - Minimum of 3 years of related experience
      - Valid Driver's License required
      - Demonstrated skills in listening, communication, and public speaking
      - Ability to analyze, organize, and prioritize work while meeting multiple deadlines

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous sales and/or field marketing experience strongly desired
      - Experience with all lines of insurance: Life, Commercial, and Personal
      - Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU), Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU), or Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) preferred
