      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage the overall agency relationship from a sales perspective and drive new business growth for Personal, Commercial, and Life insurance
      - Direct marketing activities in the territory to achieve profitability and production objectives
      - Provide technical and field underwriting expertise to the agency force
      - Monitor agent performance and develop corrective actions as necessary
      - Conduct periodic sales and educational meetings for the agency force to promote production and engagement

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Business or Insurance-related field or equivalent experience
      - Minimum of 3 years of related experience in sales or field marketing
      - Valid Driver's License required
      - Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively and work independently
      - In-depth knowledge of the local marketplace and Microsoft Office software

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous sales and/or field marketing experience is strongly desired
      - Experience with all lines of insurance: Life, Commercial, and Personal
      - Certifications such as Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU), Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU), or Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC)
