      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide hands-on coaching and feedback to a team of Account Executives
      - Motivate and develop your team to become top achievers and future leaders
      - Ensure clear communication of products, policies, and pricing to prospects
      - Execute effective team meetings, one-on-ones, and group training sessions
      - Exceed monthly sales team quotas through strategic planning and forecasting

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 1 year of experience managing inside sales teams in a high-volume, outbound sales environment
      - Proven experience in selling digital products to small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) and using Salesforce CRM
      - Track record of successfully motivating teams to exceed revenue goals
      - Excellent communication skills and high emotional intelligence
      - Bachelor's degree or 3+ years of customer-facing experience along with a High School Diploma or GED

      - Experience developing sales plans and analyzing performance metrics
